ADHD Assesments for Adults
Considering an ADHD assessment as an adult can feel like stepping into the unknown—but here, you’re met with understanding, not judgment. As someone who’s navigated the waves of neurodiversity myself (dyslexia, ADHD, and all the lively quirks in between), I know life rarely fits inside tidy boxes.
My approach is open, warm, with a healthy respect for all things quirky. Together, we’ll explore more than just difficulties with focus or organisation—we’ll look at your strengths, your creative sparks, how your brain finds its own clever workarounds, and the very real challenges that might be getting in the way.
Our process combines rigorous neuropsychological tools with practical, real-life scenarios, friendly discussions, and maybe the occasional laugh to keep things comfortable and genuine. Whether you’re juggling work, relationships, or simply the everyday chaos of life, this assessment is designed to help you see yourself with greater clarity—without losing sight of all the complexities that make you, well, you.
My hope? That you leave feeling truly seen: armed with knowledge, compassion, and the confidence to advocate for what you need. Whether a diagnosis fits or not, you’ll gain a better understanding of your mind and perhaps, just maybe, a renewed sense of possibility.
Because at the end of the day, life isn’t about getting it right or being normal. It’s about finding knowing yourself, finding what works for you, and then finding joy in your very own brand of brilliance—ideally alongside a decent cup of tea, as, if you ask me, proper cup of tea is pure joy.
Changing the world one step at a time….
